Chelsea Fair

We finally made it to the Chelsea Fair, and it worked out perfectly, because we decided to go, even with rain in the forecast. By the time we got there, the rain had just ended, the rides were still wet, and there was hardly anyone there. That was awesome, since one of my biggest fears is to have one of my boys walk off in a place like that! We had so much fun. Caleb wanted to ride the Ferris wheel, so I took him on that. Everyone else was chicken. Then, he rode some swinging ship thing, with Joe, because I was chicken. LOL Liam rode the merry-go-round and loved it, and Jimmy and Elijah and Caleb did a couple fun houses and went down the big slide. We also saw a lot of adorable animals, and some cool pigs. None of my boys are afraid of animals, so that was a lot of fun too! The guys had ice cream and before we left, we got a couple elephant ears, which were yummy! :)

Special time with my baby

Every Summer, I get the pleasure of spending one on one time with Elijah 3 days a week. Jimmy, Caleb, and Liam all go to a summer program. Elijah gets speech but that's just one morning per week. I love spending time with my youngest. He is so sweet, creative, and fun. Jesus picked this boy just for me. I am so blessed!

This big guy turned three today (or some time this month. An exact date, we don't have, because he was a rescue pup). We love him and he's super sweet even though he doesn't look it. He's a good boy! :)

It's been a HOT Summer!

This summer has been incredibly hot. We have above normal temperatures all summer. And so most of the time, I have been trying to give the boys some fun, but unless you are in the water, it's too hot to do anything else. We have done water balloons and played in our little pool in the backyard, and also spent lots of time at the lake.  Last weekend, we went to our friend Terrie's lake house and enjoyed both their company and their lake.

Silly guy, couldn't wait for the lake. LOL

Oh yes,....he did. He wore it to the lake. HA!

Can't believe summer is almost over. :(
