My most favorite animal in the whole world is a giraffe. I am just amazed by them, their size, their pattern, their beautiful big eyes with such long eyelashes, their gentleness. Everything about them, is extraordinary and beautiful. I have been dying to feed one and I got my chance this summer at the Binder Zoo in Battle Creek.

A giraffe does not have top teeth,
so you can feed them,
and don't have to worry about being bitten.
I never knew that!
They have very soft lips and a long tongue.
It feels so cool!

The zoo helper was prepared for such events and retrieved them with a long pole. 😂😂
The zoo has no elephants but we got a kick out of this one!

Jimmy went into this little house when we weren't looking,
and we couldn't find him. LOL
This tortoise weighs 600 lbs.
Everyone had so much fun!
